Our Updates on COVID-19

Dear All,

As your trusted eCommerce logistics partner in Southeast Asia, Janio is staying vigilant of the developments surrounding COVID-19 outbreak. We are adhering to all regulations and guidelines related to the containment of COVID-19 from authorities. These work and travel restrictions may affect inbound and outbound shipments to and throughout impacted areas.

Logisters will always ensure that necessary measures are in place internally to protect employees and customers against contamination and to prevent the virus from spreading. Strict measures are put in place to safeguard our employees and ensure the continuity of our core processes. These measures are being addressed in our internal communication and in our daily management.

As part of our commitment in ensuring that you are updated and well-informed on Logisters’s operations and COVID-19’s impact on our supply chain, please note the following:

1、Because of the outbreak of COVID-19 at home and abroad, airlines canceled most of their flights. Therefore, the delivery time and price of goods are affected.
    · B2C:RMB 60/Kg + last mile freight + tax(7 – 10 days)
    · B2B:RMB 100/Kg (10 – 14 days)
2、The cost of air freight will increase at any time. Please confirm the cost with our CS before shipping to our warehouse.

We have taken additional security measures in our hubs to ensure that all orders on hold are kept securely to prevent any possible loss in transit or pilferages. We also confirm that there will be no storage charges imposed by Logisters for all packages held in our hubs. As a proactive measure, we will be sending emails to all consignees affected.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and sincerely appreciate your understanding of our actions as part of the requirements to support various governments in their fight against COVID-19. By working together, we can overcome this challenging period confidently.
